ドバイには住所が存在しない！？表記はどうする？

ドバイといえば超高層ビルや豪華なホテルがあるところで有名ですが
ドバイには住所が存在しないことをご存知でしょうか？
住所が存在しない理由
ドバイの国民が遊牧民で定住するという習慣がなかったから。
一説には、ドバイの国民の起源である砂漠の民ベドウィンは遊牧民だったため
定住するという習慣がない事からドバイには住所がないと言われています。
なので、エリア名や建物の名前などはありますが、
番地などの細かい定めはないそうです。
目的地に行きたいときどうすればいいのか？
目的地がわかる地図などを持参する。
もし、外国から来た人がタクシーなどで目的地に行きたいときは
地図を持参して「この場所に行ってくれ」と言うしかないようです。
また、郵便物などはどうするのかというと、一般的には自宅には届けるのではなく
勤務先の私書箱や郵便局に借りた私書箱に届くそうです。
ドバイの宝くじ
新車が当たる宝くじがある。
小ネタ程度ですが、日本には宝くじで3億円などがありますが
ドバイには、新車で2000万ほどするBMWや3000万円もするランボルギーニがあたる宝くじがあったりするようです。
